The new national standard of plastics runway GB 36246-2018, synthetic surface sports ground for primary and secondary schools, has been put into effect since November 1, 2018.

In the new national standard, 18 kinds of harmful substances which may be produced in the construction of plastic runway have been stipulated, and divided into three categories: harmful substance content, harmful substance release amount and odor. Among them, adhesives as non-solid raw materials, testing standards are more detailed and strict.

Just recently, the inspection report officer of WANNATE < 6150E, a plastic surface adhesive, declared that under the strict standards of the new national standard, all the inspection items were not only qualified, but also achieved the full score of all the undetected items. The value was far superior to the requirements of the new national standard! 

It was found that WANNATE < 6150E was a one-component solvent-free adhesive, and the whole MDI system did not contain TDI. In addition to no solvent, chlorinated paraffin and chlorinated vegetable oil plasticizer were not found.

In fact, before the release of the new national standard, WANNATE < 6150E had already passed the "ten-ring certification" on behalf of environmental protection, and regularly checked every year. As an environmental adhesive, WANNATE has always been a "three good students".
