DABCO T12 Dibutyltin dilaurate is suitable for coatings or PU resins. In February, two butyltin silicate is a strong gel catalyst, which can be used in elastomers, adhesives, sealants, paints, rigid foam, molding foam, RIM and so on. It can be used in high-speed production of high density structural foam, spray rigid foam and rigid foam board with amine catalyst. February dibutyltin silicate is also a thermal stabilizer, mainly used in the processing of PVC soft permeable products, silicone rubber catalysts, polyamide and phenolic resin photothermal stabilizers. In the traditional high foam sprout process, two lauric acid two butyltin T12 (DBTL) acts as a catalyst to gel, but it has a significant effect on the storage time and the thermal aging properties of premix materials.

Product specification

The product catalyst DABCO T12 is a light yellow transparent liquid at room temperature. It is soluble in plasticizers and solvents, but insoluble in water. Density: 1.04-1.08g/cm_; Solidification point: 12-20 Flash point (COC): 235 Boiling point: > 205 Viscosity (25 C): 40-50mPa.s

Packing 

It is packed in a clean, dry, sealed and leak-free special plastic drum with a net weight of 25kg.

storage and transportation 

When transporting catalyst T12, it should be strictly prevented from raining and contamination, and handled carefully to prevent leakage from collision with hard objects. When storing catalyst T12, it should be stored at room temperature in a ventilated and dry warehouse, avoiding damp environment, and the storage temperature should be kept below 25 C, avoiding sunshine exposure as far as possible, away from water sources and heat sources. In order to prevent moisture absorption and oxidation, it is suggested to fill the container with nitrogen.

Under the correct storage conditions, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of production, and it can still be used after the expiration of the shelf life.

Leakage treatment

Prevent leakage as much as possible while ensuring safety. If minor leaks are found, they can be treated with sand or other absorbent materials and then placed in clean, dry containers for subsequent treatment. If a large number of leaks occur, the leaked materials should be collected for subsequent treatment. Material should be avoided from entering groundwater or surface water because it is not easily biodegradable. All leaked materials collected should be treated in accordance with the relevant regulations of the local environmental protection department.
