DABCO DMEA dimethyl ethanolamine, mild equilibrium catalyst, milky white time is short. DMEA is an auxiliary catalyst in polyurethane foam plastics, and DMEA is also a reactive catalyst, which can be used in the formulation of polyurethane soft foam and polyurethane rigid foam. There is a hydroxyl group in the molecule of DMEA, which can react with isocyanate group. Therefore, DMEA can bind to polymer molecule and not volatilize as easily as triethylamine. DMEA dimethylethanolamine is widely used to prepare water-diluting coatings. DMEA is also the raw material of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, which is used to prepare antistatic agents, soil regulators, conductive materials, paper additives and flocculants. It is also used as water treatment agent to prevent boiler corrosion.

It is packed in a clean, dry, sealed and leak-free special plastic drum with a net weight of 25kg.

storage and transportation 

When transporting DMEA catalyst, it should be strictly prevented from raining and contamination, and handled carefully to prevent leakage due to collision with hard objects. When storing DMEA catalyst, it should be stored at room temperature in a ventilated and dry warehouse to avoid damp environment, and the storage temperature should be kept below 25 C, avoiding sunshine exposure as far as possible, away from water sources and heat sources. In order to prevent moisture absorption and oxidation, it is suggested to fill the container with nitrogen.
