NIAX Catalyst A-300 The delayed crosslinking tertiary amine composite catalyst is designed for the production of automobile seat cushion and backrest polyurethane moulding. The foamed plastics will be more open, but at the same time maintain the stability of the foaming formula, and will not collapse. The cross-linking effect of catalyst A-300 is the same as that of catalyst A-33 (33% triethylenediamine). After foaming rises, the increase rate of viscosity is slowed down and the fluidity is improved. Provide enough time for foaming materials to distribute the cavity evenly.

When transporting catalyst A-300, it should be strictly prevented from raining and contamination, and handled carefully to prevent leakage from collision with hard objects. When the catalyst A-300 is stored, it should be stored at room temperature in a ventilated and dry warehouse to avoid damp environment, and the storage temperature should be kept below 25 degrees Celsius, to avoid sunshine exposure as far as possible, away from water sources and heat sources. In order to prevent moisture absorption and oxidation, it is suggested to fill the container with nitrogen.
