Henry Technological Developer has developed a self-skinning composite for heat-resistant polyurethane foamed tires. The mixture of A and B components with mass ratio of 100:80-90 is made up of A components including polyether polyols, polymer polyols, crosslinking agents or chain extenders, openings, foam stabilizers, catalysts and foaming agents. B components include polyester polyols and isocyanates. The invention can improve the heat resistance of polyurethane, and the prepared tire has better performance, longer running time under load and high speed conditions, more wear resistance and reasonable technology. Now it has been widely used in baby car wheels, large toy car wheels and so on.
