Enterprises with good environmental protection will get more and more environmental dividends, and those who fail to meet the environmental protection standards will suffer heavy losses.

Pollution control according to law has become a major trend. On January 1, 2019, the law on prevention and control of soil pollution was formally implemented, which opened a new stage of the rule of law in China. In addition to the existing water pollution prevention and control law and air pollution prevention and control law, China has built a relatively complete environmental protection legal system. It is the solemn historical mission entrusted to the law by the new era to control the clear water, the blue sky and the pure land. But we must see that in some areas and regions, excessive discharge is still rampant. There are many kinds of tricks, such as illegal discharge of sewage pipes, direct discharge of exhaust gas at night, reckless burial of solid wastes and transboundary transfer of wastes. Moreover, some people have made a bad idea of land reclamation and played a despicable trick of replacing reclamation with dangerous wastes. These phenomena not only humiliate the industry, make public opinion look sideways, but also make people sneer. Nowadays, the newly revised environmental protection law and the pollution prevention and control law in water, atmosphere and soil have weaved a good law net for these people. For example, Taizhou, Jiangsu Province, has issued a single high-priced environmental rehabilitation ticket of 160 million yuan to enterprises that illegally dump waste acid.

Therefore, we have reason to believe that in 2019, violations of environmental protection laws and regulations will be subject to stricter sanctions, production enterprises "three wastes" emissions are expected to be further resolved.

Environmental protection supervision has become a new normal. In January 2016, the Central Environmental Protection Supervision Group made a high-profile appearance, showing that the country attaches great importance to environmental protection. By the end of 2017, the first round of environmental supervision had achieved full coverage of 31 provinces in the country. This kind of subsidence supervision mode soon solved a large number of environmental protection problems, causing strong shock from all walks of life and great concern of the whole society. In 2018, environmental protection inspectors carried out inspection "looking back" in 20 provinces in two batches with 11 inspecting groups. During the period, 75773 cases of ecological environment problems were solved, 5499 people were interviewed, 8396 people were accountable and 920 million yuan was fined. At the same time, there have also been major changes in the direction of "looking back" efforts: focusing on inadequate rectification, surface rectification, pretense rectification, perfunctory rectification, as well as "one size fits all" inaction and abuse, some local government functional departments have been criticized by circulars, and a number of chemical parks with typical local protection tendencies have been accountable or suspended for rectification.

Exposure of the problem shows the will and determination of the state to control pollution; data disclosure deters bad enterprises; corrects the deviation and accountability, restores the normal production and operation order; punishes evil and punishes bad ones, and appeases the legitimate enterprises that have been frustrated. Damocles sword of laws and regulations hangs high, which is the God of market stability and the gospel of environmental conscious enterprises. Qin Yisheng, chairman of Jiangsu Dena Chemical Co., Ltd., the backbone enterprise of green solvent in China, told reporters that in the past, in order to cooperate with environmental upgrade, conscious enterprises of environmental protection had invested tens of millions of yuan in governance funds, with little return. However, it is unfair that some enterprises rely on speculation, rarely or not to invest in environmental protection, and take advantage of competition at low cost. "To be an enterprise, we are not afraid to invest in environmental protection, but we are afraid that everyone is not on the starting line." He stressed that in the current situation of the gradual improvement of the law and the gradual normalization of environmental supervision, he believed that the expected earnings of environmental conscious enterprises would be better and better.

n 2019, environmental protection in the chemical industry is still one of the key work in all parts of the country. In Shandong, the largest province of chemical industry, more than 100 chemical parks have been "filtered" by green, and nearly 30% of them have been eliminated, thus making room for green chemical enterprises. Jiangsu, the second largest province of chemical industry, has eliminated nearly 8000 problematic enterprises through three rounds of special renovation, effectively reducing the impact of backward production capacity on the market.
