This bid section mainly includes civil engineering and installation works of work numbers such as transformation, low-temperature methanol washing, PSA, carbon monoxide, cryogenic separation, methanol synthesis, methanol rectification, intermediate tank farm, etc., with a contract amount of about 200 million yuan.

Ningxia Kunpeng clean energy Co., Ltd. is one of the key projects of Ningdong energy and chemical industry base. The project is located in the new chemical material Park of Ningdong base, covering an area of 42.09 hectares. The main construction contents include 10 sets of main production equipment, including gasification, transformation and heat recovery, low-temperature methanol washing, PSA Hydrogen Production, CO cryogenic separation, methanol unit, sulfur recovery, glycol, etc. It is equipped with supporting public and auxiliary facilities such as circulating water plant, sewage treatment station, tank farm, loading and unloading, torch, etc. to produce syngas with coal as raw material, and then produce glycol, methanol, hydrogen and other products with syngas as raw material.

With a total investment of 4.3 billion yuan, the project adopts the patent technology and process route of Danhua Tongliao gold coal, which is designed by China Tianchen engineering company, and constructed by China Chemical sixth construction engineering company and China Chemical 16th construction engineering company. The project is planned to start construction in Ningdong energy and chemical base in March 2019 and complete trial production in September 2021. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that the annual sales revenue will increase by 2.5 billion yuan, the profit will be 750 million yuan, and more than 1000 new jobs will be created.
