Diethanolamine (DEA)
Product introduction
Two ethanol DEA, two ethanolamine as a crosslinking agent in the production of high resilient polyurethane foam; used as buffer material in the pharmaceutical industry; mixed with triethanolamine as cleaning agent for aircraft engine pistons; reaction with fatty acids to form alkyl alcohol amide; also used in organic synthesis raw materials, surfactant raw materials and acid gas Absorbents, used in shampoo and light detergent. Thickening agent and foam modifier are used as intermediate in organic synthesis industry and used as solvent in pharmaceutical industry. They are widely used in washing industry, cosmetic industry, agriculture, construction industry and metal industry.
Product specification
DEA colourless viscous liquid or crystal, ignition point 268 C, boiling point 269.1 C, dissolution point 28.0 C, purity greater than 99.0%, moisture less than or equal to 0.1%, color less than or equal to 15.
Packing
It is packed in clean, dry, sealed and leak-free special plastic barrel or iron barrel with a net weight of 25kg/200kg.
storage and transportation
When transporting DEA, collision should be prevented, leak-proof, fire-proof, moisture-proof, corrosion of copper, aluminium or its alloys, usable glass, high density polyethylene plastic container or steel barrel after phosphating. Storage in clean, dry and ventilated warehouses.
Quality guarantee period
Under the correct storage conditions, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production, and it can still be used after the expiration of the shelf life.
security information
DEA is a kind of low toxicity. It should be washed with soapy water in time after contact with skin. Personal hygiene should be paid attention to when working in places where products may be contacted. Washing products should be used to clean the skin contacted with products before diet, smoking and leaving work.
Leakage treatment
Prevent leakage as much as possible while ensuring safety. If minor leaks are found, they can be treated with sand or other absorbent materials and then placed in clean, dry containers for subsequent treatment. If a large number of leaks occur, the leaked materials should be collected for subsequent treatment. Material should be avoided from entering groundwater or surface water because it is not easily biodegradable. All leaked materials collected should be treated in accordance with the relevant regulations of the local environmental protection department.
