The high springback opener GK-16 is a polyether type high resilience foam opener, which is mainly used for the production of high resilient foam. The product can achieve the required opening effect by adding a small amount of the product, which can obviously reduce the surface tension of the high resilient foam, promote the rupture of the bubble, effectively improve the opening rate of the product, and fully solve the problem of the closure and exhaust of the high resilience product. The product is a kind of high-efficiency opener. According to the different system, the recommended dosage is only 0.5-5 (per 100 copies of polyether), which is adjusted according to the field formula.

GK-16 is a colourless transparent liquid at room temperature, with a viscosity of (25 C) mPa.s, 900-1200; hydroxyl value, mgKOH/g, 40-46; moisture content, 0.00-0.08; high efficiency, low odor, low VOC; and good compatibility with the system.
Packing
It is packed in clean, dry, sealed and leak-free special iron or plastic barrels, with a net weight of 200 kg or 25 kg per barrel.

When transporting GK-16 with high resilience, it should be strictly prevented from raining and contamination, and handled carefully to prevent leakage from collision with hard objects. When storing high resilient opener GK-16, it should be stored at room temperature in a ventilated and dry warehouse, avoiding damp environment, and the storage temperature should be kept below 25 C, avoiding sunshine exposure as far as possible, away from water sources and heat sources. In order to prevent moisture absorption and oxidation, it is suggested to fill the container with nitrogen.
