Slow springback wax release agent _SR01M is a special release agent specially developed for the production of slow springback products. It is milky white liquid at room temperature and has good thermal stability. It has good leveling and adhesion on the hot die surface, good film-forming performance, quick and easy demoulding for all kinds of slow-resilient products, and can be demoulded many times by one spraying. It has close and firm bonding with the die, low dirt accumulation, not easy to mucous film, and can improve the appearance effect of the product. Slow springback release agent can be used to produce various slow springback products, such as memory sponge, slow springback pillow, slow springback toys, etc.

SR01M has the following characteristics:

1. Chemical stability is stable and decomposition does not occur.

2. Good thermal stability, good combination with the die surface, one spray can be demoulded many times.

3. Low dirt accumulation, not easy to mucosa.

4. Closely and firmly adhere to the mould.

Packaging and storage

It is packed in a clean, dry, sealed and leak-free special plastic drum with a net weight of 25kg. For long-term storage, it should be kept at room temperature to avoid sunshine exposure.

Quality guarantee period

Under the correct storage conditions, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of production, and it can still be used after the expiration of the shelf life.
