Product introduction:

GE01G is a high performance wax release agent. It is milky white liquid at room temperature and has good thermal stability. It is suitable for the demoulding of various polyurethane products, such as PU polyurethane sole, PU shoe material, polyurethane elastomer, PU toys, rigid polyurethane, soft polyurethane, etc. It can improve the lubricity between the die and the product. The product has good dispersion, easy spraying, convenient use and stable storage performance.

GE01G has the following characteristics:

1. Chemical stability, storage at room temperature, stable performance, no decomposition.

2. Good thermal stability and good combination with die surface.

3. One-time spraying can demould many times, and it is not easy to produce fouling on the surface of the die, which has little pollution to the die.

4. Dispersion uniformity is not easy to precipitate, one spray can be demoulded many times.

Packaging and storage

It is packed in a clean, dry, sealed and leak-free special plastic drum with a net weight of 150 kg. For long-term storage, it should be kept at room temperature to avoid sunshine exposure.

Quality guarantee period

Under the correct storage conditions, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of production, and it can still be used after the expiration of the shelf life.
