Product introduction

B8715 is a silicone oil assistant used to produce high resilience polyurethane foam. It is commonly used in the formula based on modified MDI or TDI, coarse MDI mixture and highly reactive polyols. The foam produced has the advantages of low fog value, moderate stability and bleed hole adjustment effect, and processing width is very wide; and the product is produced as a stabilizer. The molded foam has very good opening structure. (To obtain the ideal pore structure, the dosage of this product is 0.3-1.5 phr/100 phr polyether of polyols. Specific usage depends on production conditions, raw materials and formulations. Applicable to all kinds of high resilience car seats, motorcycle cushions, bicycle saddles, sofa cushions, etc.

Silicone oil B8715 appearance: colourless to light yellow viscous transparent liquid; viscosity (25 C): 1000 (+250 mPa.s); moisture:%<0.05; pH 5-7; density: 1.02 (+0.02KG/L); composition: polysiloxane.


Packing

It is packed in clean, dry, sealed and leak-free special plastic barrel or baking varnish iron barrel. The net weight of each barrel is 25kg or 200kg.

When transporting silicone oil B8715, it should be strictly prevented from raining and contamination, and handled carefully to prevent leakage from collision with hard objects. When storing silicone oil B8715, it should be stored at room temperature in a ventilated and dry warehouse, avoiding damp environment, and the storage temperature should be kept below 25 C, avoiding sunshine exposure as far as possible, away from water sources and heat sources. Or sealed in containers made of steel, aluminium, polyethylene or polypropylene. In order to prevent moisture absorption and oxidation, nitrogen is recommended to fill the containers.  Storage temperature higher than 40 C will lead to a decline in product quality. Short-term heating or cooling has little effect on the quality of products, but attention should be paid to the phenomenon that the viscosity of products increases significantly at lower temperatures, which may bring some difficulties to the production and processing process.
